Director – John Goodman

John is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. John practiced as a Chartered Accountant for many years until 1987 when he founded a boutique firm providing financial advice.

He has served on a number of not-for-profit boards, and although now retired, still actively pursues his philanthropic interests.  In 2010, John, his wife Meta, and their three children established the Goodman Foundation which has supported a number of charitable causes including marine science and community engagement conducted by the University of Queensland. That led to active involvement, with Meta, in a successful campaign to form The Moreton Bay Foundation.
